Our Social Impact

Genre Humain is a purpose-driven boutique agency.

We are passionate about creating a more inclusive and sustainable future for everyone.

We strive to develop talent, we help people reach the stars by generating emotions and commitment. We strongly believe that communication enables the spread and reiteration of culture.

Our purpose and values drive our actions, and all our business decisions. We have the profound desire to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

We aligned our social impact strategy with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focusing our leadership, strengths and skills
on five pressing issues that are very close to our hearts:

Doctor's Appointment

Our Commitment

Genre humain's involvement in the community is a crucial part of our identity.

Over the last few years, Genre humain's two founders have been involved in many social causes. Their pro bono work inspires and empowers them, it adds to their expertise and offers them insight to people and organizations tackling today’s urgent challenges in Good Health & Well Being, Education, Gender Equality, Reduced Inequalities and Human Rights.

Want a few examples?
Valérie sits on the Board and the Governance Committee of Directors of Doctors of the World, an organization that aims to provide and promote access to health care for excluded and vulnerable people, here in Canada and around the world.

Tanya sits on the Governing Board of a local CSMB (Centre de services scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys) public school that servers young children within her community.

Genre humain's two founders are committing themselves to:

  • always act with their purpose and values in mind

  • do more than 60 hours of pro bono volunteering work every year

  • participate frequently in fundraisers and volunteer their time to projects within their local communities

  • annually donate a minimum of 5% of their profits to causes aligned with their purpose and CSR commitments

We are always looking for new ways to make a positive impact on the causes we hold dear.  You have ideas? Projects to propose? Let's talk!
